Are You Preparing Your Foods Properly?
Hi John Here,
I just wanted to speak to you about the importance of being organized when it comes to getting your nutrition right.

It is very easy to get into the habit of going off to work without preparing any food and before you know it you are munching on sandwiches and cakes floating around the office.

I can’t stress enough how important it is to make sure you have a prepared lunch for each day because without looking after your nutrition, your results will be non existent!

So here are my top 5 tips for food preparation so you see the great results you want!

5 Meal Prep Tips For A Healthier You

1. Cook extra from your evening meal and take it for lunch the next day. Simple, effective and a time saver.

2. Always have ‘go to’ snacks in your bag. For example, a bag of almonds to keep you ticking if you need a little more time to get some decent food sorted!

3. Be consistent ­ it takes 25­-30 continuous days for an act to become a habit. Stick with it and putting in a little bit of extra time to prepare your food will become a lot easier!

4. Prepare your food in the evening for the next day rather than in the morning ­ sometimes at night we can get a little tired after a big day but you are far better off preparing food in the evening then in the morning. As getting up earlier to sort it out can feel like a chore! How many times have you said ‘oh I’ll do it in the morning’ and not done it? I rest my case 🙂 haha

5. If you don’t get prepared you will be wasting a lot of food as the stuff that you should be eating should be FRESH…if throwing money down the drain isn’t an incentive I’m not sure what is!!
