Chris has been all across the fitness spectrum. He’s been overweight, underweight, strong as an ox, and as ripped as a Men’s Health model. But his whole world changed when he had his two kids, Danna and CJ.
Realizing that being a dad meant learning another piece of the health puzzle, he sought me out to help him become the healthiest man he could be. Why? To lead by example for his children.
So I took a look at his mobility, strength, flexibility, nutrition, sleeping patterns, water intake, and many other aspects to conclude that we still had a lot to work on.
Over the last year, Chris has completely transformed his life! His relationship with his children is even stronger than before and we all workout together every other week to help motivate and educate them on the importance of being healthy and staying active.
In a world where video games dominates most young men’s time and the lies thrown at young girls about their body image, it was vital that we start to teach Danna and CJ the importance of becoming the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves, NOT what society said they should become.
Chris has learned a tremendous amount since we started and as a result, his energy is higher, his relationships are better, he feels and moves better, less aches and pains, and has really begun to understand the true meaning of a healthy lifestyle.
