11 Amazing Fat Blasting Exercises You Can Do Anywhere!


If you’re like me, you probably have a family, loved ones, maybe a dog that eats shoes if you’re gone too long, and a job that keeps you pretty busy. I have two things to say to all of that…

  1. That’s probably a lot of money spent on shoes haha.
  2.  Everyone has the same amount of hours in a day. If someone just as busy as you are can make time to exercise, we can make time for you too.

Notice that I said make not find. Nobody finds extra time to workout. Don’t you remember? You have a family, loved ones, a shoe munching dog, and a job! Who’s going to “find” time to do anything?! We need to prioritize and make time for your health.

When health is a priority, we magically have an extra hour here, okay with getting 30min less sleep there, and we believe that it’s because we found time in our schedule but in reality, you made the time to take your own health seriously.

Now, I’m not saying that some days don’t explode and get away from us. On the contrary, it’s very common. So for those days, where the daughter is sick at home, the dog’s eaten it’s third pair of shoes, the family wants dinner early, and your boss was an ass all day, here are exercises that you’ll always be able to do.

Bodyweight Exercises That Help Burn Fat

If you don’t have any weights or expensive equipment lying around, then these fat burning exercises are perfect for you. All you need is your body and some space.

  1. Bodyweight Squat Jumps
  2. Bodyweight Split Squat/Lunge In Place
  3. Bodyweight Speed Sit-Ups
  4. Burpees
  5. Mountain Climbers
  6. Pushups
  7. Downward Dog
  8. Pullups/Chin Ups
  9. Bear Crawls
  10. Jumping Jacks
  11. High Knees/Running In Place

  • You require more oxygen to get pumped through your body so you improve you heart health and your blood circulation. Why is that cool? Only because a healthy heart and healthy blood circulation= no heart attack and since the number 1 cause of death in this country is heart disease, it’s kind of a big deal.

Making Time To Work Out Is Super Important

Hard love really quick. Time is no excuse to not workout. What you’re actually telling me and yourself subconsciously is that your life, your happiness, your health, your kids’ happiness, your spouse’s happiness, and your future isn’t worth 30min of your time 3 x week.
