A personal coach is a fitness professional that not only coaches you through a workout, but also provides nutrition advice, as well as motivation and encouragement throughout the weight loss and fitness process.
You are given one on one attention apart from any other clients and have all suggestions and fitness strategies tailored to your specific needs. I have spent years coaching others and have multiple fitness certifications that give me confidence to design the perfect plan of action to help you reach your goals.
