First, we’ll calculate how many calories you need to intake per day. The key to losing weight is quite simple on paper: burn more calories than you eat. While it’s far simpler to say than to put into practice, these nifty tools give us a great starting point.

I will help you rediscover the magic of healthy food. I’ll teach you how to still eat the food you love, but in different quantities and with a few different ingredients. We’re going to remove the negative stigma around food and learn to love it again, in a safer way.
